FUEL Introduces CT525 Rebuild Program

After considerable research and multiple discussions with longtime series partner City Chevrolet, FUEL Racing Series officials have agreed to introduce a CT525 Engine Rebuild Program. The announcement of this program provides an option for the CT525 engine owner that is approved for FUEL Racing Series competition and takes effect immediately.

"Our partners at City Chevrolet continue to support FUEL and the introduction of this CT525 Engine Rebuild Program is just another example of their commitment to our growth" explained FUEL Racing Series Director Jason Atkins. "First and foremost, we knew that our CT525 competitors needed a series approved option to repair their engines. Our steel block engine competitors have the option to repair their engines and our CT525 teams deserve that very same opportunity. With the creation of this program, CT525 teams now have a way to get series approved repairs to their engines and are not forced to purchase a new engine in order to compete in FUEL Racing Series events. In order to preserve the integrity of this process, a binding contract between the series and approved engine rebuilder has been secured. Any series approved CT525 engine rebuilds will be certified with documentation and FUEL Racing Series Seals."

At this time and upon recommendation from our partners at City Chevrolet, FUEL Racing Series approved rebuilds are only available at Lamb Racing Engines.
