PRE-ENTER FOR THE 2018 FASTRAK WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP

CARNESVILLE, GA - Drivers planning to compete in the 2018 FASTRAK World Challenge and World Championship should call and pre-enter for the September 14th and 15th event at Virginia Motor Speedway. Drivers who pre-enter will save up to $95 in entry fees by calling ahead. Drivers should call the FASTRAK office at 706-223-3014 or Virginia Motor Speedway at 804-758-1867 ext 102. Please provide the car number, driver's name, hometown, and phone number when calling to pre-enter.

Pre-entered drivers will pay $105 on Friday for the FASTRAK World Challenge, or $150 for registering at the track. Those who pre-enter for the FASTRAK World Championship will pay $150, or $200 for registering at the track.

The 2018 FASTRAK World Championship will feature a 30-car starting field for the $20,000 to win, $500 to start event. There will be a least one non-qualifiers race at Virginia Motor Speedway on Saturday night, giving more drivers the opportunity to race for purse money.

The FASTRAK World Challenge on Friday night is a $5,000 to win, $250 to start 40-lap feature, also having a 30-car starting field. The FASTRAK World Challenge is for FASTRAK members only, who have competed in a minimum of seven FASTRAK sanctioned races throughout the 2018 season. Drivers trying to reach the seven race mark, have the opportunity to collect six races on Labor Day weekend. Each race of the 4th Annual FASTRAK East Coast Rumble, will count as two races towards a driver's seven. The East Coast Rumble begins at Beckley Motorsports Park on August 31st, the following night is Tyler County Speedway, with the finale on September 2nd at Wythe Raceway. The final opportunity for a driver to reach seven races will be at 311 Motor Speedway on September 8th, when the FASTRAK Racing Series powered by Chevrolet Performance rolls into the Pine Hall, NC oval.
