MILEY ROLLS TO THIRD "EARL HILL MEMORIAL" VICTORY

MIDDLEBOURNE, WV – Jared Miley of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, picked up his first career Ultimate Mid-Ohio Valley Super Late Model Series victory and second Ultimate Northeast Region victory in the "30th Annual Earl Hill Memorial" Saturday at Tyler County Speedway worth $5,000.

Miley passed early race leader Tyler Carpenter of Parkersburg, West Virginia just as the two were entering lap traffic early in the event. After several attempts to overtake Carpenter for the lead early in the event were overcome by Carpenter, traffic is just what the doctor ordered as Miley began to pull away from the field over the rest of the distance.

The event was slowed by just one caution flag for Cody Rogers who slowed to a stop in turn four around the halfway mark. After the yellow, Miley was able to pull away the rest of the distance winning the feature by over a straightaway.

Zack Dohm of Cross Lanes, West Virginia was the hard charger of the event advancing from his ninth starting position to finish in fourth.

Ultimate Mid-Ohio Valley and Ultimate Northeast officials pushed the show along with the threat of weather imminent throughout the day and were able to get the entire show in without a hitch.

The next Ultimate Super Late Model Series Mid-Ohio Valley Region regular season event is scheduled for July 26th at Atomic Speedway in Chillicothe, Ohio for a $3,000 to win event as the Series will kick off the "Buckeye Late Model Dirt Week". The Ultimate MOV Region will have two Bonus Races prior to our next regular season event as those are scheduled for May 26th and May 27th at Daugherty Speedway in Boswell, Indiana for $10,000 to win and June 16th at Virginia Motor Speedway in Jamaica, Virginia for $20,000 to win.
