"JACK STARRETTE MEMORIAL" NEXT FOR THE ULTIMATE SUPER LATE MODEL SERIES AT MODOC

CARNESVILLE, GA - The Ultimate Super Late Model Series Southeast Region will travel to Modoc Raceway located in Modoc, South Carolina on Saturday April 28th for the Annual "Jack Starrette Memorial". Ultimate Southeast competitors will battle it out for 50 action packed laps around the 4/10 mile oval all chasing a $5,022 payday. The event will also be co sanctioned with the Carolina Clash.

The "Jack Starrette Memorial" event draws racers from all over the Southeast to honor a great man and who was a huge supporter to many in dirt track racing for many years.

Saturday April 28th race program at Modoc Raceway will include racing in the Ultimate Super Late Model Series / Carolina Clash ($5,022), Crate Late Model ($2,000), and Stock V8 ($1,000).

Ultimate / Carolina Clash Events: Hot Laps, Time Trials, Heat Races, 50 Lap Feature

Crate Late Model Events: Hot Laps, Time Trials (Lock In Top 4), Heat Races, 20 Lap Feature

Stock V8 Events: Hot Laps, Heat Races, 15 Lap Feature (Drivers will draw for Heat Race starting position.)

At the conclusion of our last event Tyler Millwood of Kingston, Georgia has moved into the lead in the Ultimate Southeast 2018 standings with 82 points heading into the "Jack Starrette Memorial" at Modoc Raceway. Kyle Hardy (75 PTS), Michael Page (70 PTS), Zack Mitchell (64 PTS), and Joey Coulter (59 PTS) complete the current top five in the standings.

In three completed events so far this season the Ultimate Super Late Model Series Southeast Region has seen two different winners. Michael Page of Douglasville, Georgia holds two of those wins in taking victories at our 2018 season opener at North Georgia Speedway and round three for the tour at Dixie Speedway. Jonathan Davenport of Blairsville, Georgia scored the victory in round two back at Virginia Motor Speedway in the Annual" King Of The Commonwealth" event where he took home a $20,000 payday.

Gates will open at 3:00 PM with drivers meeting at 7:00 PM. On track action is set to begin at 7:30 PM. Grandstand admission will be $20 for Adults, Ages 7-12 $10, and Ages 6 and under free. Pit and track side parking admission will be $35 for Adults, Ages 6-12 $20, and Ages 6 and under free. The Raceway only accepts cash only.
