FASTRAK Racing Series is welcoming Clary’s Motor Speedway in Brinkleyville, North Carolina as a weekly sanctioned race track. Drivers in the FASTRAK Chevrolet Performance Late Models at the 3/10-mile track will be eligible to compete for the National Weekly Championship which pays $10,000 to win. FASTRAK also puts $1,000 into a divisional point fund for each race track. Divisions are formed based on geography, allowing for drivers to compete for an additional points fund. Drivers must become FASTRAK members to be eligible for any point money.

“I couldn’t be more excited for the drivers at Clary’s, there are a lot of great things going on with FASTRAK right now,” exclaimed FASTRAK General Manager DJ Irvine, “It’s a great time to be involved with FASTRAK.”

Those who become members will be eligible to compete in the FASTRAK World Challenge, a $5,000 to win members only race, on September 14th at Virginia Motor Speedway. To be eligible drivers must compete in a minimum of 10 FASTRAK sanctioned races, weekly or touring, throughout the season. The following night is the $20,000 to win FASTRAK World Championship.

Any teenage drivers who compete at Clary’s Motor Speedway in the FASTRAK Chevrolet Performance Late Model division will be able to compete for the Future Star Cup, which pays $1,250 to the winner. The winner of the Future Star Cup will also receive a leather jacket and be presented with a huge cup trophy at FASTRAK’s Night of Champions banquet.

“We are excited to become FASTRAK sanctioned,” said Clary’s Motor Speedway owner Steve Hassell, “We look forward to seeing all the Pro Late Models competing at Clary’s.”

Clary’s Motor Speedway plans to host at least one FASTRAK Racing Series touring race in 2018, with the possibility of another date. Those dates will be released in the coming days as Clary’s Motor Speedway and the FASTRAK Racing Series finalizes their 2018 schedules.
