FASTRAK OPENS 16TH SEASON AT TOCCOA RACEWAY APRIL 6TH, OVER $10,000 IN PURSE MONEY
CARNESVILLE, GA - The FASTRAK Racing Series powered by Chevrolet Performance is set to begin its 16th season of competition on April 6th at Toccoa Raceway. The region’s best Pro Late Model drivers will battle for $2,000 to win in the season opener on the fastest 1,650 feet of dirt in Georgia.
“The 2019 season will be an exceptional year for the FASTRAK Racing Series,” said FASTRAK Vice President DJ Irvine, “Our drivers will be chasing their share of over $450,000 in purse money.”
The race will be live-streamed for all premium subscribers on Speed51.com. It will be the first FASTRAK Racing Series event broadcasted as part of the new partnership between the series and Speed51.com.
Toccoa Raceway will be hosting an open practice for all divisions on Friday, April 5th. FASTRAK will also be holding a driving test for drivers under 16 years of age that are planning to compete in the new FASTRAK Future Stars Tour on the 5th.
Last season, Matthew Nance of Ronda, NC, claimed the FASTRAK Racing Series powered by Chevrolet Performance Championship, collecting the $10,000 top prize.
