CAROLINA AND LANCASTER DOUBLEHEADER UP NEXT FOR THE ULTIMATE SOUTHEAST

CARNESVILLE, GA - The Ultimate Super Late Model Series Southeast Region will bring in the month of June with a double header. On Friday June 1st the Series will travel to Carolina Speedway located in Gastonia, North Carolina and on Saturday the Series will make their first appearance to the place known as "The Fastest Half Mile Dirt Track In The South" Lancaster Speedway located in Lancaster, South Carolina. Both events drivers will go door to door for 40 lap action packed laps all chasing a $4,000 payday. Friday's event at Carolina will be co sanctioned with the Carolina Clash.

Friday June 1st race program at Carolina Speedway will include the Ultimate Super Late Model Series / Carolina Clash, Super Street, Renegades, Open Wheel Modified, Crate Sportsman, Hornets, and Thunder Bomber. Pit gates will open at 4:00 PM with grandstand gates opening at 5:00 PM. Drivers meeting is set for 6:45 PM. Racing is scheduled to start around 8:00 PM. Grandstand admission will be $20 for Adults and Ages 11 and under free. Pit admission will be $30.

Saturday June 2nd race program at Lancaster Speedway will include the Ultimate Super Late Model Series plus racing in support divisions. Pit gates will open at 4:00 PM with grandstand gates opening at 5:00 PM. Drivers meeting is set for 6:20 PM with racing to follow. Admission will be $20 in the grandstands and $30 in the pits.

Headed into our next event and after six completed events the top five in the current point standings are only separated by 45 points. Tyler Millwood sits on top of the Ultimate Southeast point standings with 173 points over Kyle Hardy who holds down the second spot in the Series standings with 168 points. Joey Coulter (156 PTS), Zack Mitchell (155 PTS), and Jeff Smith (128 PTS) round out the top five in the current standings.

The Ultimate Southeast Region has seen over 119 competitors along with five different winners in six completed events this season. Current season winners include Michael Page, Jonathan Davenport, Tyler Millwood, Zack Mitchell, and Benji Hicks.
